We currently ship within the Emirate of Dubai only.

All our products are custom-made.

  • Once your order is placed, we will share the design proof for your review.

  • Production begins only after final approval of the design, colours, and content.

  • Processing and production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

  • Any delays caused by late approvals will affect the delivery timeline.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared after design approval.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Same-day or urgent delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, unavailability, or non-response, additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempts.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges for urgent or special delivery requests will be communicated in advance.

Delays & Force Majeure

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.
